Really good Boutique Experience
local recommendations plentiful breakfast delicious croissants helpful staff
The staff provided local recommendations for dining and walking. Ricardo greeted me upon arrival and gave SO much attention. He thoroughly explained ALL the room's amenities. The breakfast had plentiful and tasty options, especially the delicious croissants!!!
The only slight negative was that I noticed a small stain on one of the towels in the bathroom. It was minor though.

The room felt very comfortable and spacious. It included a mini-bar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, restocked daily. The soundproofing worked well. I did not hear any noise from outside or other rooms.

Wi-Fi signal was strong and consistent throughout the hotel. A small terrace area provides outdoor seating. It is pleasant. The hotel offers a concierge service to assist with bookings and travel arrangements.

quiet hideaway
quiet part junior suite luxurious room
I liked the hotel was located in a quiet part. it was not overrun with tourists, but close to local bars. the room was upgraded. I stayed in a junior suite. everything about the room felt luxurious.
the housekeepers did NOT know the 'do not disturb' sign. they knocked a few times even when it was on.

The included breakfast was excellent. It had many choices. i tried fresh pastries and fruit. the breakfast room was staffed by very helpful ladies.

The location is GREAT. It is near the train station. the piazzale roma is also close, where the airport bus arrives. many nice restaurants are nearby.

amazing boutique hotel experience!
helpful front desk beautiful room perfect location nice trip
The staff goes above and beyond! they booked reservations for us, even one for a murano glass factory with no obligation to buy. the location gave us a pleasant walk to the main tourist area, only about 20 minutes, while keeping us away from the huge crowds. roberto, riccardo, and martina. I felt so welcome!
housekeeping didn't seem to recognize the "do not disturb" sign, so i had a few unexpected interruptions. it was a minor inconvenience but still worth noting.

the bar staff showed surprising knowledge about many drinks, even beyond wine! the outdoor space provided a lovely area. i enjoyed the stylish decor with rich colors and lovely patterns.

the hotel sits in a quieter area away from the bustle. it has a great location near nice restaurants. it's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station and vaporetto. around 30 minutes to san marco square!
