I liked the hotel was located in a quiet part. it was not overrun with tourists, but close to local bars. the room was upgraded. I stayed in a junior suite. everything about the room felt luxurious.
the housekeepers did NOT know the 'do not disturb' sign. they knocked a few times even when it was on.

The staff goes above and beyond! they booked reservations for us, even one for a murano glass factory with no obligation to buy. the location gave us a pleasant walk to the main tourist area, only about 20 minutes, while keeping us away from the huge crowds. roberto, riccardo, and martina. I felt so welcome!
housekeeping didn't seem to recognize the "do not disturb" sign, so i had a few unexpected interruptions. it was a minor inconvenience but still worth noting.

the bar staff showed surprising knowledge about many drinks, even beyond wine! the outdoor space provided a lovely area. i enjoyed the stylish decor with rich colors and lovely patterns.

the hotel sits in a quieter area away from the bustle. it has a great location near nice restaurants. it's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station and vaporetto. around 30 minutes to san marco square!
